Roads are in, and as those who have visited our Sales Office recently will know, our new community is starting to take shape.

- Top soil stripping is completed
- Sed Basin works are underway
- Bulk earthworks are nearing completion
- Stage 1 roads are complete
- Stages 2 & 3 road boxing is underway
- SPS pump station is at 80% completion
Here’s what’s coming next:
- Remaining bulk earthworks continue
- Road box out works continue
- Internal sewer works will begin
- Sewer rising major works to mobilise in the coming weeks
